With a dream of one day opening an animal rescue, Darlene is committed to fostering compassion and care, not just for people but for animals too.
She encourages everyone to visit Rock City’s hidden gems, including the captivating bird show and the scenic Lover’s Leap. When it comes to local dining, chicken pho is her go-to comfort food. Darlene’s favorite season is fall, when the brilliant colors of Chattanooga’s mountain foliage light up the city—perfect for her favorite activity, walking Walnut Bridge with her beloved dog, FiFi.
If Darlene had a superpower, she’d use it to keep Chattanooga beautiful by “vacuuming” up litter and pollution, transforming waste into sustainable fertilizer for the city’s greenery. Her ideal collaboration would be with Grace Frank, a local leader she admires for her dedication, business acumen, and authenticity.
